What I liked about the site and the course is though it is short, it covers all aspects of office ergonomics. It helped me understand the importance of spending time on designing my workstation appropriately. I always attributed the pain in my wrist to working long hours on the computer and not to poor ergonomics. I now know the actual cause and would suggest that anyone who spends long hours on the computer takes this course. It is definitely worth it.
